Detail-oriented IS student with hands-on experience in software development, database management, IT support, and systems analysis. Ready for entry-level IT and technology roles.
I'm a fourth-year Information Systems student at Pampanga State University with a strong foundation across the full technology stack — from hardware troubleshooting and network fundamentals to web and mobile application development and database programming.
During my internship at LIGHT Microfinance Inc., I built a digital slip system for the company and provided on-site and remote technical support across hardware, software, and network environments. I enjoy bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Built an automated workflow using Make.com that triggers outbound AI phone calls via Vapi, waits for completion, then routes the outcome — sending a follow-up email via Gmail and updating a record in Airtable, or parsing the transcript and posting a summary to Slack. A practical exploration of AI agent workflows and no-code/low-code automation.
Developed an internal digital slip system to replace a manual paper-based process at LIGHT Microfinance Inc. The system automated record generation, storage, and retrieval — reducing manual effort and improving accuracy of financial documentation for daily operations.
What it replaced
Manual paper slips → automated digital records with Google Sheets, Apps Script, Docs & Drive
